Transport Tables between Clients

The RSCLCCOP report is used to transport user master records, profiles, and authorizations between clients in the SAP ERP system.

Execution

  • Start from target client: Run RSCLCCOP in the client into which users and authorizations should be copied.

Caution

  • Preserve existing data: Do not use this report if the target client contains users or authorizations you want to keep, as they may be overwritten.

Synchronization

  • Copy Object Lists Between Clients: RSCLCCOP can also be used to synchronize clients.

Prerequisites

  • Run in target client: Execute the report in the target (customer) client.
  • Client in T000: Ensure the target client is entered in the client table T000.
  • Client copy complete: The target client must be fully generated using a client copy.

Usage notes

  • Timing: You can run this report at any time.
  • Customizing overwrite: It overwrites Customizing changes for entries delivered by SAP.
  • Documentation: Review the official report documentation before running.
