Functions of Planning table. (MF50)
Planning table MF50
is used to create a manual planned order respective date wise instead of
creating in MD11 one by one.
When we carry out backflush, components, activities get posted. Where to find the reports for activities and components posted? When you assembly backflush in MFBF your component consumption and activities will get posted automatically and GI, GR & Activities will be posted. This component consumption you can see through movement type 261 in MB51. Cost of that consumption and activities you can monitor in Product cost collector. PPC. for that go to KKF6N - select version - Header - Costs. There you can refer the updated cost of consumption and MHR. Preliminary Costing Values. If you to consume additional component without GR that means only GI, goto MFBF and select component backflush and enter the component which you want to consume. MF50 planning table don't need to show materials which is not planned. Go to the MF50 Screen -> Additional Screens -> Control Data -> Constraints Select the Only Matls with Production. - If you select this, it will only show you the data with
the only material with production.
Explain the functionality of Set Firming date. By setting Manual Firming date, we extend the planning time fence. If a planning time fence has been created for a material then the following applies: If the manual firming date lies before the end of the planning time fence, the planning time fence is still valid. If the manual firming date lies after the end of the planning time fence, the planning time fence is extended until this date. All order proposals with availability dates that lie before the end of the planning time fence of the manually extended planning fence are firmed for the planning run, if the materials have an MRP type which contains firming type or firming type 1 or 2. The system does not automatically firm order proposals for materials that have an MRP type with firming type 3 or 4, even if their availability dates lie before the end of the planning time fence or manually extended planning time fence. |
